    I am connecting to source environment..but while discovering objects it showing timed out...but we have opend port 8415 and 5001...but still it is showing same  error


    it gives the error that:

    Make sure the remote host has sufficient network connectivity. TCP port 8415 must be open for DSP and the remote host must be able to initiate connections with the Delphix Engine.

    Which database software are u using ? Please check all the ports via telnet and also port for database connection, for instance for SQL Its default is 1433

    netstat -an | grep 8415

    Also, are you running a firewall? (iptables/ipchains)
