    Imran,

    The 95th %ile column reports the latency (in ms) at which 95% of IO operations were faster, and 5% were slower. This is important in grading the storage because it will show how significant the latency outliers are. The closer the average and 95% numbers are to each other, the more consistent the performance. 

    Scaling is a measure of how performance is impacted by an increasing number of concurrent operations. This gives a sense of how the storage will perform as the number of VDBs increases.

    Please note that this section of the output is really a summary. When sizing a system and assessing storage, our Solutions Architects also analyze the histogram to get the complete picture.
