What is a data container? Is it same as Dataset Group we see on UI?

    In APIs we see data container name being passed. While on GUI, there is no container name.
    If DataSet Group name and container name are not same, from where can I find container name from UI?

    Anshul,

    The Dataset Group name and Container name are different.

    The data container in the GUI is visible only on the url -- http://<delphix_ip>/Server.html#/dataset/<ORACLE_DB/MSSQL_DB-Data_Container_Id>/

    You may need to select any one of the dsource/vdb from any groups and the same would be visible. Depending on the source type, whether it is MSSQL or Oracle, the type is displayed with a unique id. This is just a mapping to the database. Hope it helps!!
