Hi All,

So, I have a standby oracle database as a source.

I took a new snapshot, and the retention policy is to retain Snapshot for 1 day and logs for 1 day. 
So, why does the snapshot still says not provisionable ?
Also, I don't see any logs after the snapshot ?

The log switch from primary to standby on the source happens every 40 minutes so that shouldn't be a problem ?

Hello Mayank,

Please open a support ticket so we can investigate the issue. Include a support bundle in the ticket along with the name of the dSource in question. An engineer will take assignment of it when it comes in, investigate, and reach out to you with an update.
