    1. ssh into delphix engine using delphix_admin
    2. delphix > ls
    3. delphix > environment
    4. delphix environment > create
    5. delphix environment create > ls
    6. delphix environment create > set type=HostEnvironmentCreateParameters

    delphix environment create >set hostEnvironment.type=WindowsHostEnvironment 
    delphix environment create >set set hostEnvironment.name=
    delphix environment create >set set hostEnvironment.proxy=

    delphix environment create >set set hostParameters.type=WindowsHostCreateParameters
    delphix environment create >set set hostParameters.host.type=WindowsHost
    delphix environment create >set set hostParameters.host.addresses=""

    delphix environment create >set set primaryUser.name=""
    delphix environment create >set set primaryUser.credential.type=PasswordCredential
    delphix environment create >set set primaryUser.credential.password=

    7.delphix environment create >set commit

    To add a Target Environment

    #delphix
    #delphix_cli
    #sql_server
    #sqlserver
    #sql
    #cli
