I am getting an error when adding a new environment (Oracle Cluster).
    Ora Cluster Home: /grid/11.2.0.4

Output below from env creation. Any idea how to fix this error?

Step1: Success: Add environment user "delphix_os".
    Step2: Success: Create environment "App_QA_ORCL"
Step2.1: Success: Add Oracle cluster node "cluster1"
Step2.1.1: Success: Validate and create host "cluster1"
    Step2.1.2: Success: Add host "cluster1"
Step2.2:Failed: Discover information and objects for env
Error: Failed to execute "cluster_inspector" on host "cluster1".
             Error Code: exception.ccc.script.failed
Suggested Action: Resolve errors and try again
Command Output: ERROR : Failed to contact Oracle cluster services.

    Hi Viswas,
What does the Delphix Fault say? I would also recommend looking at">https://support.delphix.com/hc/en-us/articles/202566838-FAQ004-Delphix-and-Oracle-Host-Management"> FAQ004 Delphix and Oracle Host Management and Requirements for Oracle Source Hosts and Databases.

Hi Jaclyn, Thanks for your inputs. This is what I observe from FAQ. Although our servers are RAC, we are planning to use only one RAC server for delphix setup leaving remaining RAC nodes as is (delphix_os user, other prerequisites were not setup). Do you think this is causing the issue? Do I need to use stand-alone rather than cluster mode while creating the environment?
