  • 1.  dxtoolkit - dx_provision_vdb - template hooks

    Hi,

    Im trying to use dx_provision_vdb  to provision Vbds, however I want to use 2 hooks when provisioning.

    And after provisioning I want to remove the hooks, and add 2 more. Using my tempates that have arguments.


    On Provisioning - Configure Clone + post snapshot

    After provisioning - remove above, add Pre and Post refresh


    Using the toolkit, i can only see the options like 

    -configureclone pathtoscript


    But I don't want to point to script, I want to use the template hook name.

    Is this possible?

    If not when the feature will be available?

    Hello,

    Right now hooks are supported only through a path to a script.
    We are working on a changes there, so please raise a issue on GitHub - https://github.com/delphix/dxtoolkit/issues

    If you don't have a github account, please let me know and I will copy it there.
