Hi All,

I am unable to access the below link:

Can some help to resolve this?

Hi Swathy,
I assume you have the right version of Delphix (version 5.2+) for the masking API client to be available and if that is the case then you could try enabling or restarting the masking feature using the command line interface.  Details available here: https://docs.delphix.com/display/DOCS52/Starting%2C+Stopping%2C+and+Restarting+the+Delphix+Masking+E...

Also to enable the masking engine:

1. Connect to the CLI via SSH as sysadmin or with other system administrator credentials. Then start the Delphix Masking Engine with: cd /; system ; startMasking ; commit ; exit

We have Delphix Engine 5.1.3.1 version. Incase we can able to work with the same version.

Hi Swathy,
The API Client was introduced in version 5.2.  You should contact your Delphix representative to upgrade your system, if it is a production system or download the newer version (5.2.3.0 is the latest version).  Let me know if you're struggling and I can try to help find someone who can help.  You can check that the masking service is started by checking the url: http://maskingengineIP:8282/dmsuite.

This is available from version 5.2.x.x onwards. Please upgrade, contact Delphix support if the problem persists.
