    I got the free trial email with all env links. None of them are working. Can you please check

    Hey Vijay. Can you try refreshing your portal webpage and checking your production link again, thereafter?

    Vijay,

    It seems you may be experiencing some sort of caching issue. Can you try another browser you might have on your system or clearing your cache? Your welcome portal is http://34.209.103.140/welcome and when I hit that page, I get the correct links for your environment. 34.215.22.197 is not the correct IP for your prod instance.

    Thanks Adam, The welcome page i saved had the wrong urls. I have the new links and seems to be working.

    Did you have to refresh the page you were on, or did you just have the wrong welcome page?

    I bookmarked the URL of the original email. When you mentioned the IP is not correct, I realized I have to refresh the welcome page from email again to get the new URL.
