    1. Provision the dbTechStack dSource to the target database server by following the steps outlined in Provisioning vFiles.
Fill in the EBS-specific parameters for the new EBS instance on the Target Environment tab. The Delphix Engine will run the adcfgclone tool using these inputs.
Starting and stopping the provisioned virtual dbTechStack will start and stop the tnslsnr process.
    2. Add the newly provisioned dbTechStack to the Delphix Engine as a Dataset Home of type Oracle
This new dataset home will be used as the target ORACLE_HOME when you provision the EBS database. See Adding a Database Installation Home to an Oracle Environment for more information.
    3. Provision the EBS database dSource to the target database server by following the steps outlined in Provisioning an Oracle VDB.
Select the dbTechStack you just added to the target server as the Installation Home.
    4. Provision the appsTier dSource to the target application server by following the steps outlined in Provisioning vFiles.
Fill in the EBS-specific parameters for the new EBS instance on the Target Environment tab. The Delphix Engine will run the adcfgclone tool using these inputs.
Starting and stopping the provisioned virtual appsTier will use the adstrtal.sh and adstpall.sh scripts to start up and shut down the application.
