Delphix Toolkits (dxToolkit and dxmToolkit)

I am looking for method if we can add new host environment using cli / dxtoolkit?
We are building hundreds of new hosts and we have several DE's, if environment can be created via a command I can put in script. Please suggest.

Update an existing one:
