dxtoolkit does not provide the facility to drill down to the hour.
The only options are to specify a date range. For example.
# ./dx_get_snapshots -d luke-5370 -name VDBforce -startDate 2020-07-29 -endDate 2020-07-30 -timeloc t
You would have to parse the dxtoolkit results to filter further.
