Delphix for SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2012

Hello,

My company is researching if Delphix can be a potential solution to centralize the databases for our Integration Environments.

Each Integration Environment has 2TB of data stored in SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2012.

We have about 15 Integration Environments and we think Delphix can help us to reduce the required disk space to handle all the data.

So forth,

- Anyone has previous experience using SQL Server?

- Do you know where is the documentation to use SQL Server with Delphix?

Best regards,

Carlos.

Hi Carlos,

We have many customers using SQL Server, including some very large deployments.

If you have any specific concerns or queries we'll be happy to help, but to get you started here's the Documentation URL:

http://docs.delphix.com/display/DOCS41/Delphix+Engine+4.1+Documentation

There's also a demo kit you can try out if you want to have a go playing with it, you can find more info here:

Best Regards,

Scott.

Carlos, keep in mind that you can get all of this working in Landshark, but the performance will by atypical. You can expect a production rollout of the Delphix engine to be very performant and fast. Landshark is built only as a demonstration and concept tool.
