We currently do not certify minor releases of EBS individually. We have not tested in-house with any version of R12.0. We do have R11i and R12.2 support in the works and will be available in the next release.

That being said, I suspect the cloning process for R12.0 is extremely similar to R12.1. It is possible our R12.1 toolkit will work right out of the box.

Please file an RFE for R12.0 support if this version of EBS is being seen commonly in the field.

    Hi Ron,

Is Delphix able "out of the box" clone Oracle EBS application tier? Is there a special setup configuration related to this? Can you please elaborate how does it work, please? Where can I find a documentation related to this?

    Regards,
    Piotr

    Hi Piotr,

Yes, the Delphix EBS Engine http://www.delphix.com/products/oracle-ebs-performance/ has the
ability to virtualise the entire EBS environment (Database, dbTech Stack and Apps Tier). Once you have virtualised your EBS environment you can provision, refresh, rewind... EBS environments in the same way you can for databases.

You can find the documentation here:
    http://docs.delphix.com/display/DOCS41/Virtualizing+Oracle+Enterprise+Business+Suite%3A+An+Overview

You may also want to have a look at my EBS Blog posting, which walks you through the process. http://blog.delphix.com/ron/2014/10/08/creating-virtual-oracle-ebs-environment-using-delphix/
