Hi Nikhil, is it a question?
If it is a question, both servers will use resouces:
Delphix Engine will use CPU, Network and Storage to work with datafiles that share with the target server though the NFS.
Target Server will use CPU, Network (No storage) to work with Oracle processes.
I hope it is what you asked.
Regards.

Official Response
Hi Nikhil,

A VDB will be running on a target host, and using the resources of that target server. VDB processing does not happen on the Delphix Engine. However, Delphix does provide the storage for the VDB, so any I/O workload from the VDB will then also use some resource on Delphix.

Hi Nikhil,

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question, can you explain what you mean?
