Title: Unable to connect to remote database during virtual database policy enforcement
Details: Unable to connect to the database "...temp_db_name...". The database or host may be down. Connection error: Cannot connect to database due to: Exception occurred while getting connection:

oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

User Action: Start the affected database and make sure connectivity is available.

i am getting above waring with suggestion but both source and target db is already started.

delphix is new to me and not sure what to check,

Check that the VDB has successfully registered with the listener using "lsnrctl status", if it hasn't, check that the local_listener parameter in oracle is correct.

Its already register as per the local_listener parameter. maybe it is because of we have recently bounce back the production server also we have changed snapsyn policy recently.

Please check if you have at the target level Under database tab a connection defined for the comserned DB.
