Delphix engine - Not able to Transfer the support bundle from some delphix engine

    Hello team 

    We have delphix engines running on V25, from half of the delphix engine we can direct transfer the support bundle to the case.

    but from half delphix engine we could see 

    Cannot upload file to HTTP server "https://upload.delphix.com/". HTTP response is "Forbidden" (403).
    exception.system.http.connect.error_code
    Make sure that the proxy settings are correct.
    I have checked all setting with other engines where transfer of support bundle is possible, even all setting are correct then why some engines are showing error message
    Kindly help me to understand what we need to configure in engines to transfer the support bundle from engine

    Hi Pankaj,

    This is a network error which is pointing to your network not having access to or being blocked from the upload site. Please check with your ITOps or SecOps team to ensure you are able to reach out to the web from these servers and you are not blocking access with an intrusion protection system. The upload site itself has not generated 403 errors on our side; it has been checked.
