  • 1.  Issue while creating user in putty while configuring Hyperscale

    Hi All,

    We have configured Hyperscale setup in Delphix. We have tried to create the OSuser using Putty for Unix user to create the environment. But we are facing credentials issue. Kindly suggest on this.

    Hi Ranjani,

    The error suggests that the Delphix engine and the environment aren't able to agree on which authentication method to use. Is it possible that the environment accepts only public key authentication instead of username/password?
    Does the same username/password or ssh key authentication work outside of Delphix?
    If you review the ssh (secure) log on the Hyperscale setup, that could provide more information on the authentication failure.
    In case you need further assistance, I would recommend raising a support case with us and attaching the support bundle and the secure log of the environment, so that we can review it and suggests next steps.

    Do we have dependency services for Hyperscale setup except  Delphix connector. Kindly suggest on this
