To clarify, the SAN storage you're talking about is for your VDB hosts, which contains the OS and DBMS software installation? If yes, the impact question all depends on what your SAN and OS Admins are telling you. If your server will remain running and connected to the network, then it will continue to have access to the Delphix engine for NFS/iSCSI connectivity.

SAN storage for our target servers (not the Delphix engine) will be migrating in the background to new arrays due to hardware EOL. Would we need to shutdown DBs on the target servers so that storage from the Delphix engine is unmounted while the target server SAN move is happening, or would we be able to leave the DBs up with no impact?
