Gary has vast experience in leading and developing teams in the high tech and consulting industries in both large and small organisations. Mainframe has always been a theme and passion running throughout his whole career as he started his career working as a Mainframe Operator at IBM.
He brings a combination of strategy, ops, bus dev and tech consulting expertise which has enabled him to be successful both in the revenue and operational roles he has held developing the skills to manage the unique and differing demands both models present in a highly valued, accomplished manner.
As CEO of Sandhata for the last 9 years he has taken Sandhata from a boutique integrator to multi award winning DevOps Consultancy with a Global footprint across Tier 1 Clients. He is equally comfortable discussing with clients the latest DevOps technology and how to implement in addition to building Senior Leadership Teams for organisational Transformation.
GARY HALLAM
Gary Hallam is the director of Channels at Delphix and started his career delivering retail banking systems on IBM mainframes. He has a long experience in technology development & delivery, project management and sales. He is passionate about delivering real business value through innovative technology. Before joining Delphix Gary worked for Oracle focused on Middleware, Database and Information Security solutions.
