Got timeout when running dx_get_vdbthroughput on one of our Delphix Engine

    It only happened on one of the our Delphix Engine but works fine on all the others.

    The following is the output.

    No data returned for resources/json/delphix/database/performanceHistory?fromDate=2024-03-12T20:04:49.000Z&toDate=2024-03-12T16:23:49.000Z&samplingInterval=60. Try to increase timeout
    No data returned for resources/json/delphix/database/performanceHistory?fromDate=2024-03-12T20:04:49.000Z&toDate=2024-03-12T16:23:49.000Z&samplingInterval=60. Try to increase timeout
    No data found. Please check start/end date and interval

    Any suggestion?

    Hi Kihong,

    What do you have set for the timeout in your "dxtools.conf" file?

    For example:

            {
                "hostname" : "neal1800",
                "ip_address" : "neal1800.acme.com",
                "username" : "admin",
                "password" : "delphix",
                "port" : "80",
                "default" : "false",
                "encrypted" : "false",
                "timeout" : "360"
            }

    If increasing the timeout doesn't help, show us the syntax to your command so we can see what parameters are being used.
