    Hello,

Can we change a VDB's Oracle Home in the same environment using dxtoolkit?

I am checking the dxtoolkit document and I think dx_ctl_db can be used, but documentation says that -reponame parameter is a filter.

Can it be used as a way to update the VDB Oracle home?

    Hi Rahim-

I believe you'd want to explore dx_upgrade_db; In the Delphix Admin context, associating a VDB with a new Oracle Home is referenced as Upgrade, but you're really just associating the VDB with a new repository (Oracle home).  dx_ctl_db is intended more to execute stop/start/enable/disable.

    Hope this helps!
