Hi Pankaj,
I don't see a dxToolkit command for getting the engine ID, but someone else may know of one.
What I do see is a way to collect the ID through the CLI:
https://docs.delphix.com/docs/configuration/network-and-dns-management/determining-the-delphix-server-id-and-host-name#DeterminingtheDelphixServerIDandHostName-CLIMethod
