Ruleset list filter is not working in dxmc utility showing all ruleset from engine

    Hello Team,

    I am trying to apply the --envname filter option while fetching the ruleset for perticular enviornment, however ruleset list is fetching all rulesetname from masking engine.

    command:
    ./dxmc ruleset list --engine va0023 --envname AOL

    Result:
    Engine name Ruleset name Connector name Metadata type Connector type Environent name
    va0023 NPS test on NonEbu NPAI ITT PHY Database ORACLE NPS
    va0023 QUO02 RULE SET QUO70 Database ORACLE QUO02
    va0023 OMS_RULE_SET_10_CUSTOMER OMS71G_VDB Database ORACLE OMS
    va0023 OES_RULE_SET_10_CUSTOMER OES01I ITT PHY Database ORACLE OES
    va0023 NPS_FULL_DATA_MASKING NPAI ITT PHY Database ORACLE NPS
    va0023 OES_RULE_SET_TEMP_TABLE_STATERGY OES01I ITT PHY Database ORACLE OES

    Expected: It should have to fetch ruleset from AOL enviornment only. ( filter option is not working)
