  • 1.  Oracle LiveSource DataAge AS OF Timezone Error

    The Timezone setup for India is Asia/Calcutta which is set at UTC+5:00 in the Delphix Engine. The timezone setup should have been UTC+5:30. 
    In the Oracle Livesource setup, the Data AGE shows up as upto date, but the "AS OF TIME" shows is always 30 minutes behind the current time because of the above setting 

    I do not use NTP to synchronize my time on the engine.
    The current time in the sysadmin login on the delphix engine console is showing correct time. The time with 30 mins lag is only with the livesource data age timezone




    Any thoughts?

    Hi Charles,

     This looks like it may be a bug, I have raised it with the engineering team. Thanks for reporting it.

     As far as I can see this is purely a display bug, you can query V$DATAGUARD_STATS on the Oracle LiveSource database to verify this for yourself.
