  • 1.  Profiling performance degrade in 5.2.3 ?

    I was wondering if the upgrade of the masking engine to 5.2.3 has caused a degrade in the Profiler performance. I had a profiler set with 6 expressions and a ruleset consisiting of about 37 tables. On 5.1.8, this job was executing in just over a minute but now it is taking 4 minutes for the same.

    I then had a bigger ruleset with 5000 tables and a profiler set with about 50 expressions, when i ran this, it never progressed beyond queuing up the firs 2 tables in the set even after i waited for 4+ hours.

    Is there any known issue ?

    I'm not aware of any known issues.  I suggest that you raise a case with Support and get your specific issue reviewed by our support team.  Let me know if you need help with that - I will reach out to you offline and then we can update the outcome in this forum.
