  • 1.  How to request a Delphix free trial

    If I remember correctly I had filled-up a form for trial version of Delphix and I recived a mail on 17-Feb saying: "Welcome to your free trial of the Delphix Dynamic Data Platform. We're building your trial environment now, so you should receive another email in 10-15 minutes when it's ready. "

    But I never recieved any further communication regarding this. I checked my spam mailbox but found no communcation mail from Delphix.

    Kindly let me know what is the correct way to recieve a  trial version.

    Hi Bibhuti,
    That seems very strange.
    You should be able to complete the form and in the background we build up a Delphix Engine and a source and target server in AWS and then send you an email with connection details when it is built.
    I can only assume that there was an issue with the build process the last time you requested a trial.

    The trial walks you through an end-user experience using Delphix.

    My advice would be to try again and come back to us within an hour if you do not receive the second email.

    I did test this a couple of weeks ago and it was working fine.

    I must say that reviewing the email - it does look a lot like Spam!
    You should receive it from no-reply@delphix.com with a subject: "Your Delphix Free Trial is Ready!"
