    Hi All, I'm trying to mask the sensitive elements in free text columns using Text Redaction Algorithm. When I profiled the column with data patterns and executed, the redaction value is being applied to the complete column. Ex., "My SSN is 154-56-9547" is masked to "**** ****" Also I want to know how is the Profiler Set option used in a Redaction Algorithm definition. Am I supposed to add the Redaction algorithm back into the Profiler Set which I used while Algorithm creation? Regards, Swathy

    Hello Swathy: While creating a free text redaction algorithm you may use data level profile set (to redact data patterns) and/or a black/white list (to redact known values to redact)
    I suggest creating a new profile set with only the data level profile expression required to be used here. Like profiling you can add/delete from your profile set without having to change the algorithm.
