Hi,

the delphix_admin user account on the delphix_masking engine is locked out. Please advise how do i unlock the account. Thanks

Hi Charles,

I can try to help you with this issue.

Could you please try to log in with the user axistech and the password Axis_123 instead? (This is the default password for this user, if you didn't change it).

Once you're logged in, you can go to the Admin tab, click on the pencil to edit the delphix_admin user properties and you will find a checkbox that says Locked that is checked.
If you clear the check and save, you should be able to use that user again to login.
