  • 1.  Support site fails to accept large uploads

    The support site does not accept large logs, which are generated by Delphix itself. Click on image to see the problem. Get a 413 error.

    Hi Avindra,
    I apologize for this issue.
    When uploading to cases we suggest uploading screen shots or smaller files like a small alert.log or similar.
    When sending us support logs or larger files please use upload.delphix.com along with the case number you wish to connect the upload to.

    Realized that a bit late. It's not entirely clear from the user interface that there is a separate upload section for larger files.
