Hi Team, i came across faults alink "https://docs.delphix.com/docs/system-administration/system-monitoring/what-is-the-difference-between-alerts-and-faults/generated-faults-list#overview:" but i couldnt find how to resolve these faults or issue if we come across them, what can solve these faults, can u help me with the same too?

Hi Sonali,

Have you looked in the GUI?  The doc link you've referenced just provides a complete list of all possible faults.  If you have an active fault you will see a red fault link in the top right of the screen.

I wrote a blog post about faults specifically.  If you're using Delphix 5.2+ then the screens are different but the principal is the same.  Although now we can reset an ignored fault directly in the GUI.

Are you looking for a Error Message Guide that contains resolutions? We don't have one but could always put a request in to the documentation team to write one.

While looking at a fault, if you scroll down to the bottom of the fault it offers a "User Action" which should offer some guidance on how to resolve it. Unfortunately in this limited space, it is impossible to list all possible resolutions but it should give at least a starting point.

My memory must be getting worse... I actually wrote a part 2 of the blog post I linked to above with updates for Delphix 5.2+
