    getting this error,

    since new to delphix, not sure how to resolve this, can you help in this?

    Hi Sonali,
    I am sorry it has taken this long for me to respond. Are you able to open a ticket with our support engineers? I have searched both the community and our knowledge base for information regarding this error and I do not find anything.

    You should be able to create a ticket using the Create Case button at the top right of the https://support.delphix.com/ page.
