after provisiong Employee web application and oracle xe db into target folder dev copies..how to acess the application in the web browser...?..it is showing no route to host if i type http://172.16.200.102:1080/

Ok. I assume 172.16.200.102 is the IP of your linuxtarget.  Are you are able to get this page?: http://172.16.200.102:8000/">http://172.16.200.102:1080/">http://172.16.200.102:8000/

No..I am not getting it

It gives no route to host

its taken from host(windows) command prompt

yeah. There is your problem. Your VirtualBox host-only adapter is on the wrong network. Go into the network settings on your windows box and set the VirtualBox address settings to look like this:

I have done it

that's after changing the ip address in the network connections as per your instruction

next how to access in the web browser now..?

Do you still get "no route to host" in when you try to access the web browser? If so. I would suggest shutting down your VM's and then rebooting your machine. Try again after the reboot.

172.16.200.1..it is pinging in Linux target...but while accessing in browser it shows "no route to host"

172.16.200.102:1080...172.16.200.102:8000 also gives "no route to host"..

it is showing one fault in the delphix express UI in browser

Yes. But can you ping that IP address from your workstation?

Yes it's pinging...to source IP address and delphix IP address
