    after provisiong Employee web application and oracle xe db into target folder dev copies..how to acess the application in the web browser...?..it is showing no route to host if i type http://172.16.200.102:1080/

    Ok. I assume 172.16.200.102 is the IP of your linuxtarget.  Are you are able to get this page?: http://172.16.200.102:8000/">http://172.16.200.102:1080/">http://172.16.200.102:8000/

    yeah. There is your problem. Your VirtualBox host-only adapter is on the wrong network. Go into the network settings on your windows box and set the VirtualBox address settings to look like this:

    Do you still get "no route to host" in when you try to access the web browser? If so. I would suggest shutting down your VM's and then rebooting your machine. Try again after the reboot.

    http://172.16.200.102:1080/ and http://172.16.200.102:8000/

    I have tried this again its showing "no route to host"

    can you ping 172.16.200.1?

    172.16.200.1..it is pinging in Linux target...but while accessing in browser it shows "no route to host"

    172.16.200.102:1080...172.16.200.102:8000 also gives "no route to host"..

    what to do now..?..i have checked network settings as per your above link everything is correct..Linux source and Linux target shows two ip addresses in the console
