    Can we run SnapSync without running pre-Clone - would like to be able turn-off / turn-on pre-Clone and sometimes run outside of Delphix

    You can do this by modifying the "Pre-Script" defined on the dSources. For virtualized EBS instances, this would involve updating the EBS toolkit logic (which is not difficult).
