    Hi Team,

    We got a warning for one of our oracle vPDBs mentioning "Unable to Purge Logs". This was because the snapshot policy was not set on the vPDB and hence the logs were retained beyond the retention policy.

    We have added the snapshot policy now, however now the archive log is full and we are not getting any new snapshots. 

    We tried using the purgeLogs operation (docs.delphix.com/docs/datasets/oracle-environments-and-data-sources/linking-data-sources-and-syncing-data-with-oracle/using-the-purgelogs-operation), but this does not work for a vPDB.

    We tried deleting the vPDB as well, but that gets stuck.

    Please advise on how can this be resolved.

    Hi Rajat,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having these issues. Unfortunately, as you discovered there is no purgeLogs for Multi-tenant yet. Your best course of action is to log a support call with Delphix. You may have hit a bug and Delphix Support will be able to identify the issue and come up with a workaround.
