Hello Anushruthi,

1. Save the connector and edit it. You will find the change password checkbox. Once you check that box, you will see an option to use the new password.
You can also change password using api client, http://<engineIP>/masking/api-client/#!/fileConnector/updateFileConnector

2. You can use CLI to test port connectivity from Delphix Engine to target server.
 SSH to engine using admin account and check connectivity using an example below.

Properties

    type: SSHConnectivity

    address: 10.0.1.30 (*)

    credentials:

        type: PasswordCredential (*)

        password: ******** (*)

3. CSV file use-case will be same as simple delimited file by creating file format but with delimiter as comma (,), and rest of process remains same.

Then you can edit connector settings and test it

Another issue, I see in connector parameters is the path. The connector path should be a continuation of the FTP base location.

Example:
FTP base: C:\Files

File Location: C:\Files\Source

Connector path should be \Source

Regarding CLI access, either check with your org Delphix admin to test the port connectivity or create a support case with Delphix.
