VDB behaves like a physical database. You can create objects in VDB, similar to physical database.

Sure, the VDB is a normal DB. The only difference is that the datafiles, contro files are stored via NFS.
You could also add a new datafile into the NFS directory...

Yes, as Jatinder said, just don't forget that if you Refresh the VDB, or Rewind to a time before creating the table, it will be gone.
