I've started to try the landshark environment so I imported the VMs and now when I try to launch the Delphix engine I get stuck in the storage configuration window.
I don't know what to do or where to ask for support, can someone tell me what to look for to see why is it failing and why I can't go any further?

Felipe, what platform are you using? On the Virtual Machine, do you see four hard disks?

The enviroment is working with VMware ESXi 5.5 and in the hardware part I see 5 disks:
Disks (GB): 
150 GB SCSI Controller: 0, LUN: 0
16 GB SCSI Controller: 0, LUN: 1
16 GB SCSI Controller: 0, LUN: 2
16 GB SCSI Controller: 0, LUN: 3
33 GB SCSI Controller: 0, LUN: 4 (this one showed like 0 when I turned on the VM for the first time)

Filipe, if I was to guess, it seems like there is an issue with the disks that occured when you converted. My guess is a hardware version issue. Also, I am not sure where the 5th 33GB disk comes from. Can you power off the Delphix Engine, then delete the 3 16GB and the 33GB disk, and create three new 16GB hard disks? After you do that, power on the machine and get back to the menu in your screen shot. 

I just did what you said and still doesn't show any storage available for use on the engine.

Can you post a screen shot of the VM's settings page?

Ok. Perhaps we can try this. Shutdown the Engine. Upgrade the hardware. Then power on the engine to see if we see the storage.

Hi, I tried to upgrade the software and is giving me the same error, I can't see any storage in the storage configuration.
