From an Oracle standpoint is this V2P'd database considered a hot or cold backup?

From our fantastic Steve Karam:
The process of creating the physical database is hot because archive logs are needed to bring it all to a consistent point. But the end output (the physical DB) could be considered cold because it's all recovered to a consistent SCN. For it to qualify as such you would want to ensure it isn't started after provisioning and never is opened (mounted is okay) so it remains part of the same incarnation.
