    Dear All,

    We want to establish Self Service Workflow through ServiceNow to address Delphix Data Provisioning Request through dxtoolkit commands. Can you please guide us the process to establish this requirement. 

    Please let me know incase any additional details needed to process this request.

    Hello Debraj,

    The Delphix Spoke for ServiceNow relies on Delphix's Data Control Tower (DCT):

    • ServiceNow makes API calls to DCT (to provision a VDB for example).
    • DCT makes API calls to a given Delphix Engine to provision the VDB.

    It would never need to use dxtoolkit in this workflow ( Technical Architecture ).
