What version of Delphix Engine, Mongo database, and Mongo Plugin are you using?

- [ Help --> Support Logs --> Select Support Bundle Type ( Plugin Logs ) --> Download ]
- Extract debug.log from the plugin logs folder
This file may provide you more details on the issue. You may also investigate mongod logs in <DELPHIX_MOUNT_POINT>/logs directory
