    I'm facing this error when creating a dsource of an oracle database with pluggable database. I would like to know why this error happens and how can I enable SnapSync?

    Hi Hebert,
    I apologize for the delay here.

    I would start by making sure you have the latest version of the Delphix toolkit installed on cdbwin. If you need help with that or this is not the issue, please log a ticket with our support team and provide logs. They will be able to aid you with getting this working.
    Without knowing your OS environment, it makes this a bit tricky to provide docs, but you might find this useful:

    The LogSync operation can fail due communication or permissions issues. 

    Delphix will try to retrieve the Archive Logs from the Source using port 8341, also if there is any permission issue on the Archive Logs file, it could fail.

    If you have this issue, I recommend to review the network and permissions required for LogSync.

    You can Repair the Timeflow using the CLI-Procedure to retrieve the missing logs:
