There are different versions of Oracle clusterware – 10gR2, 11gR1, 11gR2, etc. – each with different levels of discovery. Delphix will be able to do the best discovery of nodes, SCANs, virtual IPs, and listeners on 11gR2 databases, but will provide customers the option to enter information manually in places where it cannot discover all the information about an environment.
