At Delphix, we are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our customers. With this in mind, our type-ahead search has been updated in the case submission form. Now, as you begin your support journey, our federated search tool will offer relevant information from all our properties based on the title of your case. The results are displayed on the right side of the form and provide optional knowledge sources without interfering with the form. Should one of the surfaced articles apply and you select it, the article will open in a new tab, ensuring you do not lose your place in the form.
We have also extended the search within our Delphix Community to take advantage of the federated search. By default you will now retrieve results from all our properties.
