Delphix Community Platform

Signing in or logging in to the community is easy. Please complete the appropriate procedure:

• I am a new member
• I was a member of the previous community
• I need to reset my password

If you are a new member, complete the following procedure:

1. Click Sign In at the top right of the main community page.
   
2. Click New User/Register Now on the Login or Register window. 
   
3. Provide the required information (first name, last name, email address, and title) on the Welcome window, and then click Submit.
   
4. You will receive an email welcoming you to the community within an hour. It will contain a link to complete the registration process.
5. If you do not want to wait for the Welcome email, navigate back to the Sign In page, and then click Confirm Your Email. Provide the email you registered with and a password reset email will be sent immediately.

If you were a member of the previous community, complete the following procedure:

1. Click Sign In at the top right of the main community page.
   
2. Click Confirm Your Email on the Login or Register window. 
   
3. Enter your Email Address, and then click Send Password Link.
   
4. Check your Inbox, you will see an email with subject "Forgotten password on..."
   
   
   
5. Open your email, and then click the provided link to walk you through the rest of the sign in, including acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
   

If you forgot your password, complete the following procedure:

1. Click Sign In at the top right of the main community page.
   
2. Click Did You Forget Your Password?
3. Enter your Email Address, and then click Send Password Link.
   
4. Check your Inbox, you will see an email with subject "Forgotten password on..."
   
   
   
5. Open the email and follow the link provided. You will be guided through resetting your password.
