I am unable to edit an algorithm that I originally created. I am clicking the green pencil and it opens the algorithm, but if I try to change any settings within the algorithm, it ignores me. Any ideas of what I may be doing wrong? I am an Administrator user in the system.

Thank you for your suggestions Mouhssine.
1) I tried Chrome, FireFox, and IE. None worked.
2) I cleared my browser cache. Did not help.
3) I logged out and back in multiple times. Did not help. Are you suggesting a restart of the server engine?

When I use the edit icon, it opens the algorithm, but ignores anything I try to click or change. When I use the red X to delete the algorithm, it asks me if I am sure, I reply yes, and then it shows our dmsuite site address and says simple 'Error'.

Any other ideas? Please clarify if I should have our system support people restart the actual server.

Thank you! After the restart, I can now delete algorithms and update the items at the bottom of a Segmented Masking algorithm. It still won't let me change items like the size of the segments, the type of data (number vs alph-numeric), or the number of segments. Is that by design? If I want to change those items do I just have to start with a new algorithm?

Hi, What version are you using please, I have to check also if those fileds can be modified after been settled. It could be also a GUI bug but have to check befor and let you know may be in 2 days. Regards, Mouhssine

Hi Rene, I’ve got the same with one of my customers using 5.1.7, we are convinced that it’s a UI issue. Hope all those will disappear with the new coming relase 5.2 Regards, Mouhssine
