Is there any way to dictate to delphix engine to ingest Oracle old backups and archives to make it as an agile archive.

At present, there are no RFE's for this. As soon as it comes under Engineering Radar, we will keep you posted.

In the midst, I like to understand your use case.

• Is it the resource issue of running RMAN backup against production?
• Is it the constraint that Production DB's are in different Data Centers than the non-prods?
• Is the Prod DB size the issue?
• OR simply put, having this as an added option would generally benefit in case required to use it.

Hi Ganesh, We came with this after making some presales customers sessions in France, and they will be happe to have this fonctionality as they are seeing the solution as an agile archive to some apps. The hope is to load all rman backups history at the first load/link of the oracle dsource. Kind regards, Mouhssine
