    Hi Team

    We are planning to upgrade our delphix engines from 6.012 to 12 version. So during this process, we are uploading the both versions one after one, but the upload is taking more time and everytime if the screen turn off, we are starting the upload from the % left. its very difficult to see it  is there any way to increase the upload time or oD:\Users\kartmuthyala\Downloads\dxtoolkit2>dx_ctl_engine_upgrade -engine 10.xx.xx.xx -action upload -filename 'Delphix_6.0.15.0_2022-07-09-02-56_Standard_Upgrade.tar' -debug
    Dxtoolkit version 2.4.14.1
    Loading engines from D:/Users/Downloads/dxtoolkit2/dxtools.conf
    Filename is not matching delphix upgrade patternther way?  I tried uploading the image using dxtoolkit, but its giving error message:

    Any suggestions and help?

    Hi Karteek,

    I would definitely reach out to our support team for aid here, but one thing that definitely comes to mind is to make sure you are consulting the upgrade matrix. My understanding is that you want to ultimately be on version 12, so the path I see in the matrix is from 6.0.12 to 7.0.0.*, and then from 7.0.0.* to 12. 

    I'm not sure what your platform or other details are, but that may be a place to start.
