We are looking at ways to combine these separate accounts into a single sign-on solution. I understand your frustration with both the number of accounts and the semantics. We are working on it.
At this time, I've asked that you be sent a password reset for your Support account. You should receive it soon, if you have not already. Resetting that account password will provide you both access to our support site and the downloads site.

I have successfully signed up for a Delphix Community Member Account. However This will not let me download requisite .tar file updates. It also does not let me raise support calls.
When try to log into download.delphix.com this does not recognise the Community Member Account. Usefully , it will not allow me to use the same mail address and states -
If you already have a Delphix Support Account, there is no need to sign up for a Delphix Community Member Account,
as you can use those credentials directly on the Delphix Knowledge Base and Delphix Download sites.
Please note that the Delphix DataOps Community is not accessible using this account at this time.
You will need to set up a separate account on the DataOps Community directly to access forums, blogs, and our Delphix Academy Video Library.
There seems to be no way I can enable downloads from the Community Member Account.
Can someone tell me why this is the case or how to enable downloads and support calls?
