    Masked Gold VDB goes nonoperational after VBD Refresh. We see the following warning(Attached). Please assist.

    Hi Manjo,

    At refresh time delphix operations are :

    1/ stop vdb
    2/ start vdb
    3/ apply masking job

    It seems from the provided screen that delphix encounters an issue on step 2, please look for the cause of startup failure of the vdb in database log files

    Hi Mouhssine,

    Our chain of events. 
    1. Manually select "Refresh VDB".
    2. "Select a Refresh Option: Faster most recent snapshot" and hit submit.
    3. VDB was going through it's refresh process, masking was getting executed and completed successfully in Masking engine.
    4. Masked DB is online in SQL Instance.
    5. DB goes offline in Delphix engine. Masked VDB - Cannot Monitor.

    Please raise a support ticket for this issue. Anytime you see a message with "internal error", that means something unexpected happened in the product and we will need a Delphix Support Bundle to investigate further.     It's great to see you engaging here, and I'm sorry to see that you are running into issues. As Neal said, at this point, it is probably best to open a ticket with our support engineers.
    When they are able to provide you with answers and a way forward, I hope you will revisit this thread and post back any information others might use who hit this issue.
